Almost a week after announcing he his decision, Eden Hazard was officially confirmed and presented.

Chelsea confirmed Eden Hazard will be presented on Sunday.  Still some physical tests need to be completed. 

The final decision on the Eden Hazard transfer story became headlines in most major sport websites and sport newspapers worldwide yesterday.
