Chelsea to confirm Eden Hazard Transfer in press conference soon

Until then no “official” news expected directly from all parties.   The final decision on the transfer story became headlines in most sport websites and sport newspapers yesterday.

Chelsea wants to confirm the transfer officially with a Press Conference with Eden, probably live to be seen on ChelseaTV. It’s not clear when this will happen. For those who don’t want to miss it need on ChelseaTV will have to register first (not free however).

For sure, Chelsea agreed with him to keep low profile until then.   (read: No twitter or Facebook updates for now). The last weeks have shown how much impact small twitters have on fans of different clubs, and on media, that speculate on possible transfers.

Eden Hazard:"I am signing for Chelsea"

Although not officially confirmed, Eden Hazard would sign a 5 year contract, and the transfer fee would be  a £32 million, or 40 million Euros. Rumours around his salary are indicating Eden would become one of the best paid players at Chelsea, and in general.

Quite some Manchester fans got disappointed since United (and City) weren’t able to convince Eden Hazard into signing.

The fact that several clubs were trying to make him sign, and the fact that Chelsea wanted Eden Hazard are one of the factors that have delayed the whole transfer, and have increased salary negotiations. It is expected Chelsea didn’t want to see the Manchester United or City team strengthened with the talented playmaker.

Chelsea fans are happy now, but quite some Manchester fans got disappointed since United (and City) weren’t able to convince Eden into signing. Manchester United have therefore increased efforts to try to transfer Shinji Kagawa, which has a similar profile, and is very talented. Actually, we believe it would be great if both could play together in one team (one day).

Eden Hazard is on it’s best when surrounded by players that have a strong vista, think fast, and act fast and accurately. He often starts a 1-2, or creates space for other attackers to dive into the created space. An attacker with strong finishing skills will benefit most from the possible assists, and fast counters.

Chelsea are in progress to transfer other high class players. Hulk seems to be the next target. In the next days, we will try to draw up the typical Chelsea team that is being designed for next season. With Eden of course on the number 10 spot!
