Eden Hazard has been voted as Chelsea’s Player of the Year 2014 in his 2nd season at the club.

The Belgian midfielder enjoyed a standout campaign for Jose Mourinho’s side, scoring 14 Premier League goals to finish as the club’s top scorer.

Hazard also won the PFA’s Young Player of the Year award last month and finished second to Liverpool’s Luis Suarez for Player of the Year.

Cesar Azpilicueta managed to get the Players’ Player of the Year award after convincing his team-mates after playing well in the team in November.
