Chelsea scout Guy Hillion has claimed to have watched Lille’s Eden Hazard over 20 times for the west London club. “I must have watched Hazard more than 20 times for Chelsea. I’ve written a 100 per cent positive report every time,” Hillion told The Sun. 

Guy is the man responsible for picking the best talent from France and Africa for the Blues and believes that the young Belgian would be a perfect fit at Stamford Bridge.
“If Eden joins a big European club he will get even stronger,” the scout stated.

The Blues have already transferred a number of young Belgian talent, including Romelu Lukaku and only recently Kevin De Bruyne from Genk.
