Eden has been nominated for the UEFA.COM best team of the year. He has quite some competition with top player like Gareth Bale (Tottenham), Angel Di Maria(Real Madrid), Juan Mata (Chelsea) en Ashley Young (Manchester United).

In total 55 players were nominated. The nominees were selected by journalists of uefa.com. You can still vote – for Eden of course – until 5th of January 2012.

The winning team (and coach) will be published on18th of January 2012.
