Belgium counts on Eden Hazard in double game versus Republic of Macedonia

Mar 20, 2013 Comments Off by

Friday 22nd and Tuesday 26th of March Belgium confronts Republic of Macedonia in the extremely important qualification games for the World Cup 2014 in Brazil. Eden Hazard has proven he is in shape, and has made some marvelous goals against Sparta Prague, Manchester United, and recently against West Ham.

Eden is not expected to be in the starting eleven in the first game, since Belgium expects WAR on Macedonian territory. Recently Denmark had to suffer a 3-0 defeat, and Serbia and Croatia had a rough time, trying to take a point home.

We wish Eden Hazard the bit of luck he has been missing every time he is playing in the national team

At start the team will need to win many duels, and try to keep the ball within the team. Yellow cards and even red cards could be decisive in this game. With a draw in minute 80, the coach Wilmots will send reinforcements to try to grasp the 3 points, and that’s will be the role of Eden Hazard in the first game, together with another player (Van Buyten). There is a good chance a penalty will be taken, and also that might be a job for Eden. In the second game Eden is expected to start, and Belgium will try 90 minutes power-play and a fast passing to push Republic of Macedonia into a defeat.

These are the games that matter and these are the games that the stars of Belgium, which includes Eden Hazard, have to guide the Red Devils to the World Cup.

Eden will be playing many games during this period, every 3 days he has a game scheduled. We hope he can rest enough to be ready for the really important games. We wish Eden Hazard the bit of luck he has been missing every time he is playing in the national team: Shots are stopped by brilliant keeper saves, beautiful assists are not converted into goals by the strikers, or an last attempt of a defender deflecting the ball wide.

Show ‘em Eden!
